What are essential Oils?
Essential Oils are an integral part of a plant ́s physiology, used to protect them against destructive pathogens, insects, animals and even other plants. The oils may be found in many parts of a plant, from the tips of their leaves to their roots deep in the ground. Humans now use a variety of techniques to derive the essential oil from the various parts of the plant. An essential oil is the concentrate of the plant‘s essence, this essence allows us to use its properties not only to support our physical body and help healing but also on the emotional and spiritual realm. An essential oil is 50 to 70 times more potent than herbs.

How do essential oils work?

How to use Essential Oils?

To use an essential oil aromatically, you can simply take 1 or 2 drops from your oil of choice and rub it into your hands, close your eyes and breathe deeply into the palm of your hands. Another great choice is to use a diffuser, which allows all the miniature healing molecules of the oil to gently disperse into the environment around you and gently support you and your loved ones.

To use an essential oil topically, add a few drops in the palm of your hand with a carrier oil and apply to desired area. Essential oils are very potent and so a small amount should be sufficient.
