As a certified Health Coach

from the School of International Integrative Nutrition (IIN), I am an expert in the areas of Health, Nutrition, and Exercise, as well as Human Behaviour and Motivation. I empower my clients to adopt and maintain lifestyle habits that can improve their overall health and wellbeing and lower their risk and/or reduce the effects of chronic disease.

My Story

As a child, I was always a very sensitive and empathetic child who was extremely aware of the people around me, my environment, the food I ate and also how certain foods had a big impact on my well-being. For example, my mother’s diet included a lot of bread and dairy products but I often experienced stomach pain and severe headaches and was often very sick with pneumonia or bronchitis. At the time, our parents were told every child needed to drink cow milk to build healthy bones, but in my case this very product was making me sick. 

This is a perfect example of how certain foods can be medicine for one individual and poison for another.  I believe there is not one size fits all when it comes to nutrition and healthy eating. 

When working with my clients, I integrate many pillars of Health which involve, Nutrition, Exercise, Relationships, Work and Home Environment, Home Cooking, Social Life, Education, Spirituality, Finances, Career, Education and overall health. I believe that each one of these pillars play an important role in our overall sense of well-being both physically and mentally. 

I offer different coaching packages depending on the time you would like to invest and how deep you want to dive into your own personal development while creating new healthy habits that you can easily integrate in your day-to-day life. This is not a quick fix but it is a lasting commitment to finally feeling your best and to create a preventative lifestyle with more energy, vitality and happiness.

It takes at least 30 days to drop old habits and integrate new ones.

Coaching Packages: 

Basic Package

  • Three 1.5 hour meetings with me

  • First meeting, we will go over your Health and Nutrition goals and I will question you about your current health condition, lifestyle and nutrition habits so I can prepare your custom made plan just for you. 

  • Second meeting, you will receive your custom made plan and we will create a home routine for you to follow to be able to reach these goals which will include nutrition that tastes delicious but nurtures your body so you do not feel deprived. The goal is to create new habits and a new lifestyle to maintain your goals and step into your new vibrant body and mind. 

  • Third meeting, we will check in and see how the plan is going, i will give you a personal short yoga class or workout which we can record so you have it at home to do regularly, you will receive a small care package with information, recipes and inspirations from me to continue on your journey to your healthiest, happiest self.

Basic Package: 450€ 

 

Premium Packages

  • Each package includes one-hour live coaching call (or Zoom) twice per month with me

  • We will go over all Pillars of health and set goals for the end of our time together. 

  • We will go over your lifestyle habits and how we can transform what you enjoy into healthier habits. 

  • I will provide you with a tailored nutrition plan according to your goals and preferences.  

  • One live cooking session with me for 1 hour together in your kitchen or on zoom. 

  • We will discuss topics like your career, your love life, your relationships, what inspires you, your life goals and also discuss what you might be missing. 

  • I will give you insights into easy tips and tricks to integrate self-care into your daily routine

  • We will discuss time management and how you can integrate exercise you enjoy. 

  • We will discuss food labels and how to recognize healthy whole foods. 

  • We will go over stress reducing simple activities to help your mental health, including breathing techniques.  

  • We will talk about Mindset and positive thoughts and how they can have a huge impact on overall health 

  • We will integrate essential oils to support you both physically and emotionally and help support self-care. 

  • You will have access to my online or live yoga class once per week or have the opportunity to receive a personalised yoga therapy session to help support you with any physical ailments helping your body to be injury and pain free. 

  • I will provide you with a short yoga sequence, which you can practice as often as you like in the comfort of your own home to help build strength, flexibility and more body awareness. 

  • You will receive recorded videos and voice recordings from me for short personalised yoga sequences, simple meditations, breathing exercises (pranayama) and also relaxation techniques including Yoga Nidra. 

  • You will have the opportunity to join my health coaching live telegram group where you can join and receive daily support for any questions you may have and for weekly  inspirations. 

  • You will receive a welcome care package from me with information regarding your program and also helpful tools and some free samples of essential oils to help support you on your journey to the healthiest happiest most balanced version of yourself. 

  • As an additional option, with my background in Theta Healing, I can also support you through a process of meditation that can create physical, psychological and spiritual healing using the Theta Brainwave. Where you can easily move past deep ingrained beliefs that are no longer serving you and make room for new beliefs and thoughts.
