Yoga Classes Cancellation Policy:

Yoga classes in person and online cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time can be refunded, after 24 hours, I asked for your understanding that the class will be counted as attended.

Bilingual teaching:

Classes are mostly taught in German but can also be bilingual or in English when the demand is there.

Teaching yoga is my passion, my soul lights up every time I receive the gift of teaching a class. On the yoga mat, you definitely move your body, become more flexible and improve your strength but the true magic happens on a much deeper level, where all distractions fade and you connect to your true self, to spirit and this is where the healing side of the practice begins. All levels and all ages are welcome, you can expect to sweat, laugh and feel a deep sense of peace at the end of each class. I look forward to seeing you there.

Personal Yoga:

Are you interested in working on your alignment and deepening your yoga practice?

A private yoga class is tailored to your own personal needs and goals. You have the opportunity to receive hands-on adjustments to ensure proper alignment so you experience a safe and effective practice for your body and your yoga level. 

Private yoga classes can be beneficial to everyone. Beginners can learn proper alignment or have support when experiencing difficulty to do certain poses due to injury or mobility problems. In this personal setting, I take the time to modify your poses and select ones that work around your particular challenges. A private class can also be advantageous for a more advanced Yogi looking to work on more advanced postures and to take their practice to the next level.

When your physical or mental health is suffering, it has a huge impact on your quality of life. The nature of being human encompasses physical and psychological aspects that function as one holistic system. Layers range from the dense physical body to the more subtle levels of emotions, mind and spirit.

These aspects are in close exchange with each other. Therefore, sometimes a physical illness will not heal if the other dimensions are not taken into account. The causes of various symptoms are often deeply hidden. With yoga therapy you can reach them more easily because we take the time to find the original cause of your symptoms.  

Yoga therapy brings our body and mind back into balance and connects us with our very own inner knowledge. Wether you suffer from back pain, migraines, digestive issues, burn-out or any other physical ailments, I can help develop a Programm for you to help you strengthen your body, alleviate pain, and prevent further injuries. 

Yoga therapy is for people of all ages and backgrounds. Also for athletes who want to support their body to be healthy, balanced and injury free. 

As a certified yoga therapist, I will create a yoga program for you, adapted to your specific ailments. With regular practice, you will feel positive changes in your health, physical and mental stability, and energy levels. You will become more relaxed, cheerful and full of drive and energy. Yoga therapy supports you on all levels to reach your optimum state of well-being.

My practice

My personal yoga practice started at the age of 22 when I was looking for something to balance and challenge myself after retiring from my diving career which I intensely practiced from the age of 9 until I graduated from the University at Buffalo with a full scholarship for the sport that I loved. My first years of Yoga started with Bikram Yoga, a set sequence practiced in a heated room at 42 degrees Celsius or above for 90 minutes. Throughout the last 17 years, my yoga practiced has broadened into different styles, including elements from Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Yoga Therapy and Yin Yoga. Yoga has become a lifestyle for me, a daily practice of self-care, adapting and supporting me. A way to ground myself connecting movement with breath, that nurtures my body and calms my mind. A creative way of expressing myself through movement combined with my love of music where everything disappears and it ́s just me and my Yoga Mat. As a mother of four boys, Yoga has also allowed me to recharge my batteries, to drop in, to reduce all distractions and to really feel into myself and remove the layers between heart and mind. Yoga has allowed me to feel really good in my own body, I am a strong believer that with a combination of a healthy lifestyle and a yoga practice, your body can age gracefully without pain.
